The Royal Hive Collaborative uses a print-on-demand model, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please get in touch with us immediately with a clear photo showing the issue.

Cancellations and edits can be made only if the order has not yet been sent to production.

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached print, and may already be in fulfillment. Due to that, it is not possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.

The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

Almost all U.S.* orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the order submission date.

Orders to Canada may take up to 10-30 business days.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Currently, shipping to U.S. addresses is free.

At the moment we only support shipping within the United States, its territories, and Canada.

Free shipping is offered for all U.S. shipping and rates are automatically added for shipping to Canada.

Our selected print providers are able to ship to military addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS.

Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days.

Our selected production partners are all U.S. based. All orders will be printed and shipped from within the U.S.
